General terms and conditions for city tours

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours offered and conducted in Bamberg by Special Moments Medienagentur (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). By making a booking, the customer accepts these conditions.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

Bookings may be made in writing, by telephone or online. The contract is concluded when the Organizer confirms the booking. Group bookings must be registered in good time before the desired date.

3. Services

The type, scope and duration of the tour are determined by the respective service description. The Organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather or road closures).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices published at the time of booking apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the amount must be paid in cash on site.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

A customer may withdraw at any time, but the withdrawal must be made in writing. There is no charge for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. For later cancellations or failure to attend, the full price will be charged. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel tours, for example due to illness, force majeure or an insufficient number of participants. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

6. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The Organizer is liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for loss of or damage to participants’ personal property.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed only in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and is used exclusively to provide the booked service.

8. Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
